Judy Rough - Bio
Judy Rough brings over twenty-five years real estate experience to
Stage Right! Her representation of builders in the Cobourg, Lindsay,
Newcastle and Port Hope areas is literally “from the ground up”. From
the reviewing of house design functionality to the decorating and staging
of model homes for site grand openings and new home showings, Judy’s insight of what people want and what home owners need was projected
in every aspect of the builders’ new home sites.
Judy has a personal understanding of the changing faces of a home.
By staging homes that appeal to all categories of potential buyers, she
has assisted her clients in attaining maximum buyer attention and
premium sale prices in the highly competitive re-sale home industry.
Judy’s marketing savvy and exquisite taste have assisted her wide range
of clients in showcasing their businesses in the utmost style with her coordination of open house presentations, site grand openings, fashion
and beauty showcases, commercial trade show and corporate events. Corporate gift giving, grand opening take-away gifts and personal
shopping are all part of the individualized service Judy provides to
her clients.
Judy has decorated and staged builders models as well as helping to
organize special events for them. For home buyers, she helped with
decor and upgrade selections as well as floor plan changes and furniture arrangement.
Her talents extend into hospitality with her experience as owner/manager
of a gift store and 40 seat tearoom. Judy can provide corporate shopping, complimentary signature gift wrapping as well as catering for groups under
100 people.
Active community involvement is a active part of Judy’s life. She has
chaired the Realtors Political Action Committee and the Political Affairs Committee. While Chairing the Ontario New Home Week, Judy organized
the beautiful homes contest and civic night dinner. As well, Judy was the Co-Chair and Founder of the Community Participation Committee and has served on the Board of Directors and the fund raising committee for the Northumberland Children’s Aid Society.
