Planning Preparation
Organizing what goes to family members. Help with sorting and decision making of personal belongings. Pack and arrange to dispose of unwanted items through auction estate sale, consigmnent donation or a combination of these.

Packing and Moving
Provide boxes and moving supplies. Professionally pack all belongings for move. Co-ordinate and supervise moving day activities, working with movers ensuring all belongings are moved with great care while providing personal support and care for client.

Resettling

• Re-create personal and familiar surroundings, arrange furniture, unpack, organize and put away personal belongings. Set up kitchen, bathroom. Make beds, hang art work, arrange collectibles and decor in living areas.
• Remove all boxes and packing material and complete all other finishing touches.
• House cleaning services if required.
• Advise client of reputable real estate company that can assist in sale of home. Yardwork if required, trash removal and garage clean-up.
• Arrange for contractors for home repairs and services.
• Create curb appeal as well as Home Staging to assure best prices from sale of home.

These services are designed to assist senior adults who are facing the monumental and often traumatic task of downsizing their residences. The goal is to eliminate as much as possible the stress and frustration of downsizing for both seniors and their family.
