My experience after 20+ years in the industry is that when price point and presentation are in alignment the property sells.

Judy and Linda, of Stage Right, know what presentation is about and specifically cater their staging techniques to appeal to the broadest demographic possible.

This increases the market appeal of the property and bottom line is “it sells faster and for a higher dollar value”, in other words many times more than what it cost to have Judy and Linda stage the property in the first place…well worth the investment for the agent as well as the client…

Of course the converse is also true, when a property is not presented i.e.’staged’ well the time on the market increases substantially and the final selling price , if it does sell is a considerable amount less.
